Rental Policies

Rental Pricing

Daily Rental rates are based on a 24-hour “rental day” starting at the time of rental. The minimum rental period on all motorcycles is 2 days. No refunds on early returns. Rates displayed are in U.S. Dollars. The renter must return the motorcycle on the agreed date and time. Failure to do so will result in further charges being applied. Prices do not include tax.

Required Documents

At the rental station the renter must provide a valid driving license that qualifies them to operate the rented vehicle. If providing foreign license, supporting documentation from AAA or another agency certifying valid motorcycle license may be required. The renter’s passport and credit card will also be required at the time of rental. The credit card used for obtaining the reservation must be produced on the day of the rental and must match the identification of the person for whom the reservation is made.

IMPORTANT:

Jupiter’s reserves the right to refuse rental should the renter fail to provide the required documents. Refunds will not be granted for failure to produce the required documentation.

Renters Responsibility

It shall be the responsibility of the renter to take care of the rented vehicle and ensure no damage occurs to the vehicle while in the renter’s care. The renter must sign the rental agreement, which states that they shall pay for damage or loss up to the agreed amount on the rental document. The renter shall be the only person allowed to operate the vehicle and any damage caused by other parties will be the renter’s responsibility.

All vehicles rented by Jupiter’s are intended for regular road use only and may not be driven in extreme circumstances such as off-road, racing or broadcasting activities.

Trip Cancellation/Booking Changes

In the event of cancellation the appropriate amount will be billed based on the following matrix:
Cancellation 30 days or more before rental date 80% refund
Cancellation 30-20 days or more before rental date 60% refund
Cancellation 20 days or less before rental date 20% refund

The renter may change or modify their booking 30 days before the rental date at no extra cost -- within the 30 days, changes will be assessed following the cancellation matrix. Jupiter’s cannot guarantee that the original reserved vehicle will be available on the changed date or time. Reservations will be billed on the day of rental. All confirmed rental reservations are non-refundable.
